Become a Clinical Dietitian with S&R; Group, working primarily in-person at two long-term care homes. Provide essential nutrition assessments and care to improve residents' health and quality of life.

This full-time role focuses on maintaining nutritional standards for residents at Lanark Heights and St. Andrew’s Terrace. You will conduct assessments, monitor hydration levels, and develop care plans while liaising with families and the interdisciplinary team. Your expertise in nutrition counseling is essential to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess nutrition and hydration levels for residents
• Conduct scheduled RAIMDS assessments and evaluate needs
• Respond to nutrition referrals promptly




• Develop and modify individualized care plans
• Provide nutritional education to residents and families

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• 2 years of experience in long-term care preferred
• Professional Liability Insurance is required
• Positive communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
