Job Description Institutional Sales Enablement Specialist Sr Please note: Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. This is a regular, full-time role. You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

What We Do As an Institutional Sales Enablement Specialist Sr., you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and effective use of sales processes and tools within the Institutional division. Working closely with L&D;, business partners, and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure Institutional Distribution front-line Teams have the training, resources, and support needed to maximize efficiency and adhere to business standards. As a member of the Institutional Sales Enablement team, you would also provide support on projects and systems enhancements as needed to ensure the successful achievement of business initiatives. You will foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial working relationship with partners across the organization to ensure the optimal implementation and support of projects and initiatives. This individual is also responsible for overseeing and driving improvements in data quality in Salesforce.com. As the departmental data expert, they would also represent Institutional on the Data Governance Council and collaborate with partners across the organization to communicate and manage the downstream implications of data initiatives within Institutional. You will maintain a central knowledge database that empowers the Institutional front-line team and foster collaboration across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact Act as a trusted resource for championing recent and existing tools, including innovative AI Solutions
Identify and evaluate emerging AI‑driven solutions that can streamline Sales workflows and boost productivity
Champion AI innovation by promoting best practices, monitoring usage, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Accountable for owning knowledge management of all Institutional Distribution processes and tools, ensuring information is clear, accessible and impactful
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and maintain engaging job aids and reference materials that empower the Institutional Distribution Team
Develop an onboarding programme to deliver smooth,



effective training on processes and tools
Accountable for Salesforce.com data quality within Institutional Distribution
Identify opportunities to enhance data quality through ad‑hoc data gathering initiatives and improved data sources and/or systems and processes
Proactively liaise with partners (including Data Analytics) on downstream implications of data initiatives within Institutional Distribution
Overseeing and driving improvements in data quality in Salesforce.com, ongoing data maintenance activities
What You’ll Need Strong client service orientation with the ability to build relationships and navigate across the organization, working collaboratively within the team and across multiple business units.
Self‑starter who can proactively identify opportunities to leverage technology and process improvements to enhance business initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong detail orientation, planning, organization, analytical/problem solving skills.
Successfully manage multiple competing priorities and have a demonstrated ability to effectively assemble resources within the firm to achieve a common vision.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of data, tools and technology.
What We’re Looking For 3+ years of related experience required, sales operations and/or financial services experience is preferred
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, required
University degree required, or equivalent work experience
Salesforce CRM experience is an asset
Bilingualism in French/English, written and verbal, is an asset.

Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $79,000 to $90,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
