Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct nursing care to patients and families
• Conduct assessments and maintain patients' health records
• Apply nursing procedures in compliance with established practices




• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for care coordination
• Engage in continuous professional development activities

Requirements:
• Must hold a diploma from an accredited nursing education program
• IV therapy certification is required
• Active registration with CLPNM and CPR certification
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Ability to manage multiple patient demands efficiently
