Levante Living in Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee repairs, safety systems and preventative maintenance across our retirement residences. You will manage building operations, coordinate with residents and staff, and ensure suites are ready for new move-ins.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a supervisory role in long-term care, solid HVAC and electrical knowledge, and solid English communication. A Building Environmental Systems diploma is preferred.
