As a key member of the Agreements, Policy and Legislation team, the Senior Policy Analyst conducts in-depth research and prepares recommendations to improve corporate strategies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, negotiate licensing agreements, and lead analysis on policy impacts. The role requires exceptional communication skills and critical thinking abilities to promote effective policy development and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate business policies and their impacts
• Develop recommendations for policy changes




• Lead project teams through all project phases
• Negotiate reciprocity agreements with foreign jurisdictions
• Write technical documentation and decision papers

Requirements:
• Degree in Economics, Law, or related field
• Five years of policy analysis experience
• Solid advanced communication skills
• Project management experience is an asset
• Knowledge of corporate policies and critical thinking skills
