Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver independent nursing services for critical patients
• Coordinate and oversee patient care with the team
• Manage the administration of treatments and medications
• Contribute to patient discharge planning and execution
• Provide leadership in nursing practices and support staff
Requirements:
• Post-graduate ICU nursing course or equivalent experience
• Approved Registered Nursing education graduate
• Active CRNM registration required
• Commitment to continual education and associations preferred
• Undergo necessary background and registry checks
