This 1-year contract position reports to the Senior Manager of Laboratory Operations. You will play a crucial role in training staff, maintaining Point of Care Testing equipment, and ensuring compliance with high standards in testing practices. Key contributions include managing inventories and troubleshooting to improve testing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure maintenance and quality checks of POCT equipment
• Perform calibration and manage recent method implementations
• Develop and conduct training for laboratory staff




• Manage inventory levels and supplies for testing
• Resolve non-compliance issues proactively

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in Point of Care testing
• Medical Laboratory Technologist certification required
• Knowledge of AegisPOC software is an asset
• Experience in developing and evaluating testing methods
• Ability to engage with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
