Plan operations and dispatch crews to perform snow removal activities across several commercial sites simultaneously.
Oversee snow removal operations to ensure they meet our internal standards and client expectations.
Visit sites during or after snow removal operations to visually inspect service quality and site conditions.
Create and update tickets and purchase orders in our snow removal system.
Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Account Managers and provide explicit, consistent, documented feedback to management.
Participate in contract reviews and the year-end review.
3+ years of experience managing teams of at least 20 employees in landscaping, snow removal, or construction. Bilingual French and English is an asset.
~ Functional knowledge of computers and software applications.
~ Seasonal contract with defined start and end dates.
Company vehicle provided for the duration of the contract.
