Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Years of Experience Required: 2+ years
- Self-Motivated hard worker who wants to work with the best technology in the industry
- Must be willing to do shift work and weekends

Responsibilities
- General labor work within the sawmill, including stacking and packaging lumber, and operations of machinery in a clean, high-tech environment
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
