ensuring accuracy across all disciplines.Review unbilled media reports and provide commentary to the Finance team for reporting.Ensure timely resolution of unbilled/uncleared media to mitigate financial risks.Serve as a liaison between the client’s budget management group and the client team(s) to coordinate projects.Support solid client relationships by preparing reporting outputs and troubleshooting as needed.Attend internal and external meetings related to client financials; utilize project management tools like Hive Finance Workflow.Perform all Budget Project Coordinator functions and assist where necessary.Oversee and assist in managing client workload; contribute to training and development of BPC.Assist in reviewing client financial reporting for the agency (AR/AP).Review planned vs. ordered monthly figures; explain variances with the CBL.Maintain a central filing system for client files and implement operational policies and best practices.Monitor billing practices to ensure compliance with client requirements.Ensure contractual obligations are met; review and maintain client
