EFS-plastics Inc. is seeking a full-time Wash Line Operator for their Listowel, Ontario facility. Engage in critical operations while contributing to a greener future through effective recycling practices.
In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and will play a key part in monitoring wash line operations. Your responsibilities will include performing quality inspections on products and assisting with mechanical repairs to ensure seamless production. A positive and proactive approach is essential as you contribute to improvement projects and train new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor automated processing lines for optimal performance
• Conduct regular quality checks on finished products
• Assist in mechanical repairs as needed
• Participate in quality improvement efforts within the team
• Maintain an organized and safe working setting
Requirements:
• Experience in manufacturing or an industrial setting
• Strong mechanical knowledge and equipment handling skills
• Valid forklift and Health & Safety certifications
• Positive, adaptable, and engaged mindset
• Dependable attendance and time management skills
