Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare nutritious meals for youth aged 12-17

• Cater special functions related to Youth Justice
• Utilize cleaning chemicals safely as required

Requirements:
• Red Seal Journeyman Cook Certification required
• Experience in institutional or commercial food service
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks
• Must wear cooking scrubs during shifts
• Knowledge of food safety best practices
