Become a vital part of community service as an Administrative Support Assistant for Ellis Ross, MP for Skeena – Bulkley Valley. Foster relationships while managing office communications and processes.

This position entails supporting the Member's office through effective communication and administrative duties. You will engage directly with constituents, handle casework, answer phone calls, and greet visitors, making a positive impact in your community. Your skills will enhance operational efficiency and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming inquiries from constituents efficiently
• Respond to emails and letters related to casework
• Maintain smooth operations through administrative support
• Organize and prioritize office correspondence
• Help with data entry and filing tasks

Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education or relevant experience
• Experience in office customer service environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with Skeena—Bulkley Valley area is an asset

Contribute to a meaningful cause by providing support and service as a Constituency Assistant.
