Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional SIOP process improvements
• Mentor manufacturing teams for increased productivity
• Monitor production performance and report to management
• Oversee daily MRP activities and production schedules
• Manage inventory levels and optimize supply plans
Requirements:
• Degree in Manufacturing, Operations or Supply Chain
• 8+ years in production planning with 3 years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of SIOP and MRP systems
• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
