What You'll Do

Provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.

Provide leadership to the team through scheduling and assigning work, coaching and motivating.

Responsible for recruitment, training and development of employees with the assistance of the Fresh Food Manager.

Assist the Fresh Food Manager with the administration and achievement of budgeted department goals and financial targets.





Assist the Fresh Food Manager by providing support in brand initiatives.

Coordinate and supervise all applicable company policies and procedures.

Who You Are

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

Have 1 year of experience in retail and/or customer service, with supervisory experience.

Grade 12 preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Strong customer service, communication and problem‑solving skills are required.

Valid Class 5 driver's licence.

This position may qualify for a relocation/moving allowance.

Ability to acquire PME certification, Foodwise, and First aid.
