Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotes for goods and services.
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Support senior buyers in negotiations and contract administration.
Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve order-related issues.




Conduct basic market research to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Previous internship or 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or a related administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
