Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone
• Monitor operational emails and respond in real-time
• Manage dispatch operations and assignment changes
• Coordinate cross-border shipments with ACE/ACI knowledge
• Create and manage cross-border documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in dispatch or transport operations
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
• Proficient with dispatch systems and TMS software
• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
