Job Description Estimate repair cost based on damage examination report
Inspect repaired vehicles
Plan repair work to be performed
Professionalism in customer service
Clean and maintain work space
Replace front end components, body components, doors and frame andunder-body components
File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired
Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers
Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacementparts into place
Repair or replace interior components
Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields and sunroofs




Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dentsand seams
Straighten bent frames using frame and under-body pulling and anchoringequipment
Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 yearsof experience in the same occupation.
Must have experience workingwith body components, doors and frames, frame straightening, front-endcomponents, interior components, metal cutting, and under-body components.
Must beable to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding workplace, demonstratestrong attention to detail, and perform tasks involving bending, crouching,kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Mustdemonstrate accuracy, dependability, reliability, judgment, excellent oralcommunication, and be a team player.
Must have avalid driver's license.
Must haveown tools and steel-toed safety boots.
Must beable to communicate in English.
Must haveAuto Body Repairer Trade Certification.
