Drive recruitment success as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Voyago, Transdev Ontario located in London, Ontario. This onsite role is focused on sourcing and selecting high-quality candidates across diverse divisions.

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, playing a critical role in the entire recruitment lifecycle. This position is suited for a results-oriented individual with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, especially in fast-paced settings. An understanding of local community dynamics will enhance your ability to attract candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive recruitment efforts and post all job opportunities
• Conduct interviews and maintain detailed candidate databases
• Monitor recruitment progress and report metrics




• Collaborate with marketing on candidate attraction campaigns
• Support a seamless onboarding process for new hires

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
• Robust organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with community recruitment initiatives
