About the Role Our client is looking for skilled and dedicated Machine Operators to join their expanding production team, offering a fully work from home option where feasible for certain monitoring or supervisory roles, though primary hands-on roles are on-site. This role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You will be responsible for understanding machine operations, performing basic troubleshooting, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines .
Perform routine machine checks , including setup, calibration, and basic maintenance.
Identify and troubleshoot minor operational issues, escalating complex problems to supervisors or technicians.




Ensure consistent product quality by monitoring output and performing in-process checks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to good housekeeping practices.
Accurately record production data, such as output, scrap rates, and downtime.
Requirements Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar industrial role is highly preferred.
Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and operating manuals .
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
