In this welder position, you will fabricate, assemble, and weld steel components, contributing to the production of open-web joists and girders. Key Responsibilities:
• Lift, assemble, and tack pieces at the jig
• Perform accurate MIG welding operations
• Read and interpret technical drawings and weld specs
• Position and secure materials according to design requirements
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety standards
Requirements:
• At least two years of MIG welding experience
• Valid CWB certification required
• Proficient in basic English reading and math
• Solid teamwork skills and safety awareness
• Ability to adapt to production pace and lifting demands
