In this critical role, you will report to the Wellness Manager and provide nursing care aligned with established policies and individual care plans. You will utilize sound nursing principles and team collaboration to ensure each resident feels valued and respected. Supervising support staff and regularly communicating with families are vital functions you’ll perform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care complying with policies and orders
• Maintain high standards of personal care for residents
• Foster teamwork and communication among staff




• Guide and supervise Personal Support Workers
• Assess residents’ needs continuously during their stay

Requirements:
• Membership in the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta
• Background in senior health or geriatrics is a plus
• Excellent judgment and risk management abilities
• Commitment to creating a positive work culture
• Flexibility for various shifts and participation in training
