Geotab is seeking a Manager, Global Perks to design, strategize, and administer benefits programs across multiple international markets including Canada, the US, EMEA, and LATAM. You will lead a global team, partner with HR, Finance, and leadership, and drive AI-enabled, data-driven improvements in program delivery.
You will oversee plan design, negotiations, compliance with GDPR/PIPEDA, and regulatory reporting while maintaining a competitive total rewards offering.
