This position emphasizes relationship management, budget administration, and compliance with relevant laws. You will conduct property inspections, manage service contracts, and prepare financial reports to support ownership and boards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations of residential and commercial properties
• Build and maintain tenant and client relationships
• Coordinate maintenance and inspection activities
• Prepare, recommend, and monitor budgets
• Respond to tenant inquiries and emergencies
Requirements:
• CMRAO Licence required, General License preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years in property management
