About the Role Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of their online business in Kimberley . This role is essential for managing daily operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and excellent customer service. You will work closely with various departments, including logistics, customer support, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey from purchase to delivery. This hybrid position combines office-based responsibilities with the flexibility to work remotely on certain tasks, fostering a balanced and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics.
Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and accurate order shipments.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns promptly and professionally.




Assist in the implementation and improvement of operational processes and systems.
Generate reports on operational performance, sales, and inventory to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and inventory management principles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
