The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience in controls engineering or industrial IoT. This position emphasizes troubleshooting skills for automation and connectivity systems while fostering a cooperative approach within teams to drive system integration. You will directly contribute to enhancing manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines and PLCs
• Execute automation projects including sensor integration




• Collaborate with engineering teams for technology deployments
• Analyze systems to support predictive maintenance strategies
• Develop visual dashboards for real-time operational visibility

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing or automation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of OPC UA, MQTT, and DBXX standards
• Practical experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems
