DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Delta, BC. This permanent position will allow you to lead a team while overseeing all retail operations on a full-time basis.

In this role, you'll supervise daily activities in a retail environment, guide three to four sales associates, and ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities also include staff hiring and training, managing inventory, and preparing sales reports. We are looking for someone who is organized, client focused, and thrives in fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate retail staff activities
• Hire, train, and manage employee schedules
• Oversee inventory organization and merchandise orders
• Authorize merchandise returns and assist with sales

Requirements:
• Proficient in English with solid oral communication
