Join Street Worker's Advocacy Project Regina Inc. as a Case Worker for the Raising Hope program. Provide compassionate support and advocacy for pre and post natal women and their children.
In this full time role, you will engage with residents, helping them set and achieve personal goals. The Case Worker will offer counseling, crisis intervention, and transport clients to appointments in Regina. Your expertise in financial planning and community connection will be vital, along with ensuring the safety of residents through established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and counseling to residents
• Engage in case management meetings regularly
• Assist with transportation to appointments and activities
• Facilitate financial planning discussions with clients
• Ensure safety through adherence to policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 6-9 years of relevant experience
• Some post-secondary education completed
• Knowledge of substance abuse and prenatal care
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License required
• Previous group home or family support experience preferred
