In this client-focused role, you will partner with the Captain and support various internal teams to deliver excellence in flight operations. This position requires strong flight-deck proficiency and a commitment to safety, enhancing the onboard experience for clients. You'll also take part in ongoing training to bolster skills and knowledge in aviation regulations and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as First Officer on the Challenger 350
• Support daily operations during reserve days




• Liaise with Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams
• Deliver skilled customer service onboard
• Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Canadian ATPL or CPL with IATRA
• 2,000 total flight hours and 500 PIC hours
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lb
• University degree in Aviation preferred
