In this pivotal role, you'll drive operational efficiency, improve inventory management, and optimize WMS processes through training and support. Your hands-on approach will be essential in ensuring that all operational staff utilize WMS effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with teams to deploy Infios WMS efficiently
• Troubleshoot WMS process issues and provide solutions
• Train operational staff on WMS procedures
• Be onsite for process implementation and enhancements
• Act as contact point for after-hours WMS support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or significant experience in WMS
• Robust command of WMS processes and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze issues and devise effective solutions
• Must be ready for extensive travel across Canada and the US
