As part of the Premium Club Experience leadership, you’ll engage with premium members from the moment they arrive. Managing guest access and providing seamless service, you'll thrive in a agile, event-focused environment. Your efforts will directly impact the fans’ experience, reflecting MLSE's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist members and guests throughout their visit
• Manage guest lists and access for premium club areas
• Collaborate on event-day hospitality activations
• Maintain knowledge of venue offerings and event details
• Address guest inquiries while anticipating their needs
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
• Ontario Security Licence is an asset
• Exceptional organizational skills required
• Ability to work 7-10 hour evening shifts
• Passion for sports or live events is a plus
