Key Responsibilities:



• Support and provide information for drivers' trips • Complete and manage Trip Sheets and live updates • Proactively monitor and resolve delivery delays • Collaborate across dispatch and management teams • Maintain organized paperwork for payroll assistance

Requirements: • High school diploma required • At least 2 years of experience in dispatching • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Flexibility for overtime and a dynamic work schedule
