Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake screenings • Provide ongoing counselling and case management services • Respond effectively to crisis situations • Facilitate structured therapy and support groups • Maintain accurate documentation of client files

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience • Current CPR and First Aid certification • Trauma-informed counselling skills • Valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
