Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Housing and Shelter Managers’ operations
• Oversee the quality and performance of programs
• Establish benchmarks for program accountability




• Analyze data to improve service delivery
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and safety
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Nonprofit Management or related field
• At least 5 years of leadership in social services
• Experienced in program evaluation and management
• Knowledge of issues facing vulnerable populations
• Familiar with BC tenancy laws
