Provide support by investigating payment discrepancies and implementing process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process various payment methods including EFTs and credit cards
• Access banking portals for report generation and inquiries
• Apply cash to customer accounts accurately and timely




• Investigate and rectify payment errors and misapplied items
• Compile and review unapplied cash and on account balances

Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in Cash Applications or Accounts Receivable
• Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Post-secondary education in accounting or relevant experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
