Join UBC’s Office of Indigenous Strategic Initiatives in providing senior-level executive support. Your role will be vital for managing critical projects and community relationships.

As the Executive Coordinator at UBC, you will assist in the oversight of Indigenous initiatives, working closely with the Director and senior advisors. The position demands adept project management skills and sensitivity to Indigenous community protocols. You will be a bridge between various stakeholders, ensuring projects align with UBC’s equity and diversity goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate diverse OISI projects
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and scopes
• Keep abreast of project developments for the Director




• Engage with Indigenous communities and stakeholders sensitively
• Draft confidential reports, applications, and communications

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• Two years of related experience needed
• Commitment to learning about equity and diversity
• Knowledge of university processes preferred
• Solid planning and analytical skills
