Support Linamar's global HR systems as an Intermediate Business Analyst focused on Oracle HCM. Utilize your analytical skills to drive effective solutions and enhance user experiences.

You will serve as a vital resource for Oracle HCM, managing 2nd level support for policy-related inquiries while conducting root cause analysis and testing for system improvements. Partner with diverse teams to gather and validate requirements and contribute to system testing, ensuring all concerns are escalated appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Oracle HR Support inquiries and escalate issues
• Collaborate in end-to-end testing processes
• Partner on HR systems projects and documentation
• Identify inefficiencies in HR processes for improvement
• Enhance reporting capabilities using Power BI

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of HR systems analysis experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM preferred
• Robust analytical and technical skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of HRIS implementation is a plus
