Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance-related functions, including routine repairs and preventative maintenance programs. Your expertise in facility management will contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere for seniors, where kindness and compassion are at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance and servicing operations
• Manage the scheduling of maintenance work
• Participate in budget preparation and control




• Conduct regular safety inspections of the facility
• Maintain inventories of supplies for maintenance

Requirements:
• Preferred education is a post-secondary degree
• Two years in supervisory capacity preferred
• Experience in health care or hospitality settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Required to pass vulnerable sector screening
