The Human Resources Generalist at Your Neighbourhood Credit Union Limited will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and leave administration in a hybrid role based in Kitchener, ON (or Sault Ste. Marie).
This temporary full time position lasts about 14 months. You will partner with Learning & Development, manage HRIS data, advise on HR policies, assist with bargaining and prepare reports.
