Join YWCA Prince Albert Inc. as a Program Coordinator focused on enriching the lives of clients at Homeward Bound Oakdale. Your role will involve delivering life skills and therapeutic programs.

This full-time Program Coordinator role at Homeward Bound Oakdale requires a university certificate and ideally 1-2 years of experience in client support, particularly for those facing mental health concerns. You'll play a central role in programming development, guidance, and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized case plans effectively
• Maintain ongoing reports on client development
• Adhere to all procedural policies and ethical guidelines
• Develop activities that enhance clients' life skills
• Coordinate purchasing of supplies for programming

Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's Licence
• Experience with mental health and substance use challenges
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
• Robust understanding of indigenous cultural practices
• Flexibility for on-call rotation work
