We are searching for a dependable Junior Property Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of single-family rental properties. You will communicate regularly with tenants and property owners, handle maintenance requests, and perform property inspections. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on property management to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tenant inquiries and property-related communications
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and prepare documentation
• Coordinate maintenance and property access for contractors




• Review and process rental applications effectively
• Maintain accurate records for tenants and properties

Requirements:
• Previous experience in property management or real estate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and time management
• Comfortable travelling between properties for inspections
