As part of the Business Performance team, you will play a key role in driving brand growth and profitability by supporting the Marketing teams with critical financial analysis and reporting. The position entails evaluating brand promotions, budgeting, and capitalizing on market opportunities through comprehensive financial evaluations. Your role will also emphasize adherence to financial policies, ensuring transparency in brand expenditures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a financial partner to Marketing and Go-to-Market teams
• Evaluate brand investments and promotional strategies
• Develop a reporting framework for supplier performance
• Analyze and assess monthly financial closes
• Monitor and report on brand P&L; performance
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 3-5 years' experience in finance roles
• CPA or MBA is an asset
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting
• Familiarity with BI tools like JDE or Hyperion
