We are seeking an Experienced Loader Operator to enhance our winter snow removal team. Operate a wheel loader effectively and contribute to the safety and reliability of services in the GTA.

This role involves being on-call during snow events and executing timely responses. You will operate heavy equipment responsibly while ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining effective communication with the team on various client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment with plows and salt spreaders
• Be on-call and respond swiftly within 60 minutes
• Conduct routine safety checks and maintenance on equipment
• Accurately follow site maps and complete routes
• Maintain explicit communication with supervisors and peers

Requirements:
• Proven experience in snow removal and heavy equipment operation
• Valid G license; DZ or AZ license is a bonus
• Willingness to be on-call, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit for demanding winter conditions
• Comfort with basic mechanical systems and equipment upkeep
