Lufa Farms is seeking a motivated Greenhouse Aide to join our urban farming operations in Canada. No prior experience is required; training will be provided, including First Aid and Jigger certifications.
The role is physically demanding, with daily harvesting, crop work, and maintenance in a hot, humid greenhouse workplace. You will assist with crop care, cleaning, and weekend rotations, working closely with Plant Science experts on biocontrol installations.
