What you'll do

Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and properties for Rise Air and Snowbird Aviation Services across Saskatchewan.

Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to Facilities Attendants, while coordinating contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.

Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and grounds maintenance services such as landscaping, snow removal, and irrigation.

Lead facility renovation, construction, and improvement projects from planning through completion.

Respond to facility emergencies and support business continuity and recovery plans.

Monitor budgets and facility-related expenditures, and prepare work plans, reports, and project updates for leadership.

What you'll bring

Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, maintenance, or a related field.

A journeyperson certificate, technical diploma or facilities management administrator (FMA) designation will be considered an asset

Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience of building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and security systems.

Excellent leadership, project coordination, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Ability to perform physically demanding work, travel within Saskatchewan, and work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as required.

A valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent is required.

What you'll get
The expected compensation range for this role is $65,000.00 to $78,686.40 per year.



Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
