Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise training and development of team members
• Monitor operational performance metrics within SLA
• Collaborate with the DC Manager on labor planning
• Communicate performance expectations with regular feedback
• Maintain safe and tidy work/storage areas

Requirements:
• 3+ years leading a warehouse or light industrial team
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet
• Adaptable and adaptable to changing priorities
