Description du poste Les employés actuels du Réseau de la santé et services sociaux éligibles peuvent bénéficier d'un congé sans solde pour œuvrer dans un établissement nordique pouvant aller jusqu'à 60 mois.L'affichage en anglais suivra l'affichage en français.

Fonctions Spécifiques/Specific functions Traiter les prescriptions reçues dans les logiciels informatiques (GESPHARx/Numerx, Ubik) selon les processus établis et en étroite collaboration avec les pharmaciens en service
Assurer la conformité des prescriptions reçues selon les règlements en place.
Effectuer des bilans comparatifs de médicament selon le dossier pharmaceutique/DSQ
Traiter et effectuer des renouvellements/reservices de médicaments selon les processus établis et les priorités de l’équipe sur place
Répondre au téléphone ainsi qu’aux questions provenant des autres services selon la politique en place et selon l’étendue et limites de ses connaissances ;
Saisie de données dans le logiciel Si-PMi en lien avec la gestion des produits immunisants, selon les processus en place à la pharmacie
Participer à des projets d’optimisation de la pharmacie et du circuit du médicament.
Treat prescriptions received in the pharmacy software (GESPHARx/Numerx, Ubik) according to internal procedures and in tight collaboration with the pharmacists on site
Ensure prescriptions comply with internal conformity rules
Complete Medication Reconciliation according to patient file/DSQ




Treat and complete renewal/reservice requestes according to established procedures and on site team’s priorities
Answer the questions on the phone and those from other services according to the policy and within the extent and limits of his/her knowledge
Data entry in SiPMi relating to management of immunizing products, according to pharmacy processes
Participate in optimization projects for the pharmacy.
Exigences spécifiques/Specific Requirements Doit détenir un DEP d’assistant(e) technique en pharmacie ou un RAQ en technique de pharmacie. En absence de candidature possédant un DEP, un candidat possédant un secondaire cinq pourra être considéré à titre d’assistant technique en pharmacie. L’échelle salariale applicable sera celle répondant à son niveau de scolarité.
Bilinguisme anglais/français, parlé et écrit, est essentiel et l’Inuktitut est un atout
2 ans d’expérience en tant qu’assistant(e)-technique en pharmacie
Connaissance du système international (S.I.)
Connaissance pratique de l’informatique
Connaissance adéquate du logiciel Ubik
Connaissance adéquate du logiciel GESPHARx et Numerx
Connaissance adéquate du logiciel AssysRx
Capacité à apprendre le logiciel Si-PMi
Facilité et efficacité à travailler en équipe

La personne titulaire du poste pourrait être appelé à se déplacer à Kuujjuaq
Must detain a DEP as a pharmacy technical assistant or an RAQ in pharmacy technician. In the absence of a candidate with a DEP,



a candidate with a Secondary 5 diploma may be be considered as a pharmacy technical assistant. The salary scale applicable will be that corresponding to the candidate's level of education.
Bilingual English/French, written and spoken, is essential and Inuktitut is an asset
2 years of experience as pharmacy technical assistant
Knowledge of the International System (SI)
Knowledge of computers
Adequate knowledge of Assyst Rx software
Easy and effective teamwork
