This role requires a strong background in fire and medical response, combined with leadership experience. You will oversee safety protocols and ensure the readiness of medical and firefighting equipment. Flexibility for day/night shifts is essential in a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct emergency response activities and planning
• Conduct health and safety inspections and audits
• Train and mentor new and existing team members
• Maintain operational readiness of fire and rescue equipment
• Coordinate with external agencies during emergencies

Requirements:
• Fire and medical experience with ACP certification
• Relevant NFPA certifications, including 1001 and 1002
• Valid driver's license with a strong driving record
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
