Position and/or Project Description:
Looking for two (2) Business Analysts to join the Nuclear Business Technology team to help with requirements management, workshop facilitation, presentations, business analysis, etc. for the NBT program.

Desired Education/Certifications:
Certified Business Analyst qualified; Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science; and/or equivalent.

Mandatory Experience

5+ yrs in BA role for delivery of software

Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills

Desired Experience:

Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles

High adoption rates of new technologies





Business Process Modeling Experience

Journey Mapping

Understanding of modern technologies and architectures.

Planning documentation

Requirements elicitation

Use Case documentationTesting materials (e.g. scripts, scenarios, etc.) and Acceptance criteria
