Responsibilities will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring products are ready and available for customers

Assisting in driving sales, margins, and offering ideas to generate revenue

Ensuring merchandising, production, and health & safety standards are maintained

Timely completion of all department tasks

Taking customer orders in person or over the phone, asking supervisor for help if needed

Handling and preparing all produce inventories

Adhering to Evergreen Co-op policies and procedures

We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Food preparation/food safety experience an asset

Organizational skills and outstanding time management

Quality communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a team player

Ability to handle sharp knives for food prep if required

Sense of urgency, and customer first attitude

A drive to deliver an exceptional member experience through living our brand

Ability to be physically active and lift up to 50Ibs unassisted, as well as a good portion of the day doing static positions
